| Golfers Alert: Now there is a means for you to experience and enjoy golf membership at Mariner Sands Country Club on a one-year trial basis. As a Trial Member you have the advantage of playing two championship golf courses with use of the state-of-art practice facilities and driving range plus access to all the other stellar community amenities - tennis, pool, fitness center, croquet, clubhouse dining along with an invitation to attend Club events and activities. Annual Non-Resident Trial Golf Membership: For a limited joining period beginning July 1, 2008 through December 31, 2008, with a $5,000 refundable deposit, and completion of the membership approval process, Trial Golf Members may become full Mariner Sands golf members for a one-year trial period. (Appropriate non-resident golf dues apply). At the conclusion of your trial year, your deposit would then be applied toward the joining option of your choice to become a permanent golf member. If you elect not to continue your golf membership, your deposit will be returned. (Limited to Martin and Palm Beach County residents). Annual Non-Resident Second Club Membership: Participants are required to be an active dues-paying golf member in-good-standing of another private area club. To become a Mariner Sands Second Club Member, the membership process is required. There is no joining fee and dues are $6,610 plus tax. Dues are payable at the time of membership approval.
