Interested in Joining the Ladies Nine Hole Golf Association (L9HGA)

New Mariner Sands Golf Members, Renters with golf membership, and Annual Associate Members are invited to join the L9HGA for Ladies’ Day play on Tuesday afternoons at 1 p.m. starting November 7, 2017, and ending April 24, 2018.

New members must have a certified USGA handicap or five scores on Mariner Sands courses. Our Pro staff will assist you in establishing your credentials.

Our Association provides enjoyment of both social and golf activities for women desiring to play nine holes of golf only. Weekly tournament formats alternate between stroke play and team scoring, giving each member an opportunity to improve her game and learn the rules of golf during friendly competition. Golf is followed by a “19th” hole in the Clubhouse, a time to relax with other members as the day’s tournament results are announced. Special events include a combined Holiday Par 3 Tournament with the Ladies’ 18 Hole Golf Association, invitational tournaments with neighboring clubs, a Couples Twilight, and a 3 Queens & a King Tournament.

Dues are $75 for residents or $75 for renters of 1-3 months and payable to Mariner Sands Ladies Nine Hole Golf Association. Please provide your name, Email address, primary telephone number, and (optional) secondary telephone number with your check. It may be submitted to the envelope on the L9HGA bulletin board in the clubhouse Ladies’ locker room or mailed to Susan Barnhorst, Treasurer.
